- 14 ounces turkey ground
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 18 each crackers, saltine crumbled
- 1/4 cup oats, quick cooking
- 1 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
- 13 cup corn
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
Method
- Preheat Oven to 350F (180C).
- In large bowl, throughly mix all ingredients 3.
- Turn into ring pan or 9X5 inch loaf pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes 5.
- Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with steamed cauliflower and broccoli (suggested serving).
