Ingredients

  • 14 ounces turkey ground
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 18 each crackers, saltine crumbled
  • 1/4 cup oats, quick cooking
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
  • 13 cup corn
  • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce

Method

  • Preheat Oven to 350F (180C).
  • In large bowl, throughly mix all ingredients 3.
  • Turn into ring pan or 9X5 inch loaf pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.
  • Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
  • Let stand 15 minutes 5.
  • Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with steamed cauliflower and broccoli (suggested serving).
