Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Method
- In large mixing bowl, beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Stir together flour, cinnamon and soda.
- Blend flour into first mixture.
- Add canned pumpkin and beat well.
- Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Place in cold oven and turn to 325°.
- Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
- Glaze while warm.
