Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey meat
- 2 Tablespoons of milk
- 1/2 cup Progresso Italian Break Crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Method
- Soak turkey meat in milk for 30 mins.
- Add bread crumbs, egg, parsley, oregano, basil and Parmesan cheese to meat.
- Roll ingredients into meat balls.
- In large sauce pan, add Olive oil and meat on med heat.
- Flip every 4-5 mins until done
