Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 None onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 None egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 oz Brie, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • None None Salad, to serve

Method

  • Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg and garlic in large bowl. Season to taste. Shape into 8 patties.
  • Mix Brie, ham and cranberry sauce in a small bowl.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Make a hole in center of each patty. Spoon 1 tsp Brie mixture into each hole. Re-shape patties to enclose filling. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook patties, in 2 batches, for 2-3 mins each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 mins until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with salad.
