Ingredients
- 1 qt. vinegar (high level white)
- 3 qt. water
- 1 c. canning salt
- 1 clove garlic and 1 hot pepper to each jar (if you like it hot)
Method
- Mix vinegar, water and salt and boil 3 or 4 minutes.
- Put pepper in clean jars with 1 clove garlic and 1 hot pepper, if you like it hot.
- Pour hot mixture over pepper and seal.
- Turn jars upside-down for a good seal.
