Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • hamburger buns

Method

  • Cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in oleo in medium skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except buns. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Spoon turkey barbecue on bottom halves of buns. Cover with the top halves.
