Ingredients
- 9 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. salt
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 pkg. dry yeast (2 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 lb. oleo
Method
- Place the flour into the Fix-N-Mix Tupperware bowl and make a well.
- Cool the scalded milk with the cold water.
- Add sugar, salt, eggs and yeast to the milk and water mixture.
- Pour liquid into the well.
- Put on the lid and wait until the lid pops off, about 1 hour.
- Melt the oleo and mix all together.
- Add more flour, if necessary, and knead to proper consistency, not too stiff.
- Put lid back on and wait until the lid pops off again. Make into bread or rolls.
- Let rise 20 minutes and bake at 350° until golden brown.
