Ingredients
- 1 apple, chopped, leave peel on
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup green peas, cooked
- 1 tablespoon pickle, chopped
- 12 cup carrot, chopped (cooked or uncooked)
- 18 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 12 cup nonfat yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
Method
- Sprinkle apple with lemon juice.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Chill.
