Ingredients

  • 1 (170 g) canclover leaf flaked light tuna, drained
  • 14 cup light sour cream or 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup fresh green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 5 taco shells
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomato
  • chopped green pepper
  • shredded cheese

Method

  • Combine tuna, sour cream, green onions and spices.
  • Arrange taco shells and toppings on large platter.
  • Divide tuna mixture evenly among taco shells.
  • Garnish with toppings.
  • Recipe can be doubled.
