Ingredients
- 3 oz. canned or cooked tuna
- 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 tsp. onion, diced
- 2 tsp. diet margarine
- pimento (for garnish)
- 1 tomato
Method
- Combine the first 5 ingredients. Stuff tomato with mixture and garnish with pimento. Serves 1.
