Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked Polish kielbasa, cut into large chunks
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into small chunks
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients in large skillet; fry until potatoes are tender.
- Add corn.
- Cook 5 minutes more.
- Easy and fast. Serves 6.
