Ingredients

  • 12 oz. container low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 cans water packed tuna fish
  • 1 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement

Method

  • Be sure to blend cottage cheese in blender until creamy.
  • Pour creamy cottage cheese into another bowl.
  • Add vanilla supplement and hand blend.
  • Drain tuna well and add to creamy mixture.
  • If you like your tuna spicy, you may add chopped onion and celery or other items that are "legal" on the program.
  • Chill.
  • Can be used for a couple of days.
