Ingredients
- 12 oz. container low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 cans water packed tuna fish
- 1 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
Method
- Be sure to blend cottage cheese in blender until creamy.
- Pour creamy cottage cheese into another bowl.
- Add vanilla supplement and hand blend.
- Drain tuna well and add to creamy mixture.
- If you like your tuna spicy, you may add chopped onion and celery or other items that are "legal" on the program.
- Chill.
- Can be used for a couple of days.
