Ingredients
- 5 strips bacon, cut in pieces
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 5 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Place potatoes in Dutch oven.
- Put enough water in to cover potatoes. Cook on medium-high for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add bacon-onion mix, corn and can milk.
- Cook until potatoes are done on medium, 15 to 20 minutes.
