Ingredients

  • 4 oz. noodles
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) can chunk tuna
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook noodles as directed on package.
  • Melt margarine in large skillet.
  • Add onion and pepper.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Stir in soup and milk.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add tuna and cooked noodles.
  • Pour in 2-quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle with potato chips.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
