Ingredients

  • 4 oz. medium noodles
  • 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. green beans
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayo
  • 1/4 c. sliced celery
  • 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Method

  • Cook noodles; set aside.
  • Meanwhile, drain and flake tuna; set aside.
  • Melt margarine, then toss with bread crumbs and set aside.
