Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, cooled
  • 1 tsp. dry or 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/3 c. margarine, salad dressing or dairy sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika or chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Remove shells from eggs and halve eggs lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and place in small bowl.
  • Mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix until fluffy.
  • Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle with paprika or garnish with parsley.
  • Yields 12 servings.
