Ingredients
- 12 hard-cooked eggs, cooled
- 1 tsp. dry or 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. margarine, salad dressing or dairy sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- paprika or chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Remove shells from eggs and halve eggs lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in small bowl.
- Mash yolks with fork and add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix until fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika or garnish with parsley.
- Yields 12 servings.
