Ingredients

  • 100 g low fat cheese
  • 50 g parmesan cheese, cubed
  • Italian parsley
  • 1 onion, halved
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 300 g low fat milk
  • 400 g tuna (with juice)
  • 300 g corn kernels
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • paprika, pinch
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • place cheeses and parsley into TM bowl and grate for 10 seconds on speed 9. set aside.
  • place onion, garlic and butter into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
  • saute for 3 minutes at varoma temperature on speed 1.
  • add flour and milk and mix for 4 seconds on speed 5. cook for 6 minutes at 80 degrees on speed 4.
  • add all remaining ingredients including reserved cheese and stir through for 5 seconds on reverse + speed 4.
  • serve immediately with rice or pasta.
