Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 env. unflavored gelatin (softened in 1/4 c. warm Water)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans tuna, flaked rinsed in cold water and drained
  • 1 c. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Heat soup and stir in softened gelatin. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise and add to soup mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Oil fish shaped mold or other mold with mayonnaise. Pour in mixture and chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
