Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • Few grains cayenne

Method

  • Heat 3 Tbsp.
  • butter.
  • Add in 1/2 c. sliced green pepper and 1/3 c. sliced onions.
  • Cook till soft.
  • Add in 5 Tbsp.
  • flour and 1/2 tsp.
  • salt.
  • Stir till well blended.
  • Add in 3 c. lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly till thickened.
  • Bring to a boil and boil 2 min.
  • Add in 1 large can tuna fish, liquid removed and 1 Tbsp.
  • lemon juice.
  • Pour into large baking dish and cover with cheese rolls.
