Ingredients
- 4 to 5 c. cooked rice
- 1 or 2 cans tuna in water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Cheddar cheese, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Prepare soup as stated on can; bring to boil.
- Add rice and tuna with water, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour 1/2 into greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Add layer of sliced cheese.
- Pour other half over cheese and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° until hot and cheese bubbles.
