Ingredients
- 1 pkg. 2-layer chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Method
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- Spoon batter into 20 cupcake liners, placed in muffin pans.
- Blend cream cheese with sugar.
- Beat in egg and salt.
- Add chocolate pieces. Mix well.
- Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each cupcake.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
