Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna in vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. coarsely crumbled potato chips
  • 6 hamburger rolls
  • butter for rolls

Method

  • Combine tuna, mustard, relish and mayonnaise.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in potato chips.
  • Split burger rolls; spread with butter.
  • Toast bottom halves in oven, with butter side up.
  • Divide tuna mixture among toasted buns.
  • Spread to the edges.
  • Broil about 5 minutes or until heated through.
  • Place remaining halves, buttered side up and broil last 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Place on first layer.
