Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. coarsely crumbled potato chips
- 6 hamburger rolls
- butter for rolls
Method
- Combine tuna, mustard, relish and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Stir in potato chips.
- Split burger rolls; spread with butter.
- Toast bottom halves in oven, with butter side up.
- Divide tuna mixture among toasted buns.
- Spread to the edges.
- Broil about 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Place remaining halves, buttered side up and broil last 2 or 3 minutes.
- Place on first layer.
