Ingredients
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup reduced fat milk
- 1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cardamom powder
- Fresh or canned pineapple chunks w/juice
- Chocolate curls
- whipped topping optional
Method
- Take sugar and milk, simmer on medium setting and stir often until thick thread like consistency. Add coconut and cardamom powder and cook and stir five minutes more bring to a quick boil stirring constantly. Remove and immediately pour into serving glasses. Serve warm or chilled in dessert glasses with pineapple topping and bit of juice. Sprinkle chocolate curls. Whipped topping opt.
