Ingredients
- 3-3/4 qt. prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Fruit Punch Flavor Drink Mix (double strength)
- 1-1/2 qt. canned pineapple juice
- 1-1/2 cups fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 3-1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3-1/8 tsp. angostura bitters
- 1 gal. ice cubes
- 25 each fresh pineapple wedges
Method
- For each serving: Add 5 oz.
- prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT, 2 oz.
- pineapple juice, 1/2 oz.
- lime juice, 1/8 tsp.
- each cinnamon and bitters, and 1 cup ice cubes to cocktail shaker; cover with lid.
- Shake until blended.
- Pour into glass.
- Garnish with 1 pineapple wedge.
