Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 1 34 cups flour
  • 1 12 cups coconut flakes
  • 34 teaspoon baking soda
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 13 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts

Method

  • heat oven to 375.
  • micorwave 1 cup chips in bowl on high 2 minute stir until chocolate is melted.
  • mix flour, coconut, baking soda and salt.
  • beat butter and sugar in large bowl.
  • add egg and vanilla.
  • stir in melted chocolate.
  • gradually beat in flour.
  • stir in remaining chips and nuts.
  • drop by tbsp-full onto a cookie sheet.
  • bake 11 to 13 minutes.
  • cool.
