Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Strawberries (frozen Or Fresh)
  • 1-1/2 cup Blueberries (frozen Or Fresh)
  • 1/2 whole Banana, Peeled
  • 1-1/2 cup Milk (any Type)
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (Nonfat Or Greek)
  • 1/2 cups Black Sesame Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds

Method

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If needed, add a tad more liquid to get desired consistency.
  • Feel free to add honey or almonds if you want to boost the flavor! Otherwise, enjoy.
  • Note: If using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes to make sure it's cold enough.
