Ingredients

  • 1 (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Method

  • Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, eggs and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  • Mix by hand until well blended (about 2 minutes). Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
  • Do not overbake.
  • Cool 15 minutes in pan.
  • Remove from pan and continue cooling on rack.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate glaze, if desired.
