Ingredients
- 1 egg white, at room temperature
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 level Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease baking sheet well.
- Beat egg white until stiff peaks form; gradually add brown sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in salt and flour.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Drop batter by teaspoonful 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake approximately 15 minutes.
- Cool slightly; remove from pan.
- May be doubled.
- They will melt in your mouth.
