Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- chopped pecans
- 3 Hershey bars
Method
- Cook butter, margarine, sugar and water over medium heat, stirring often, for a very long time (until it reaches hard crack stage on candy thermometer, approx. 12 minutes). Use a heavy pan and stir with wooden spoon because it gets very hot!
