Ingredients
- 2 packages tortellini
- 2 jars artichokes marinated
- 2 medium carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup olives pitted, ripe, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup salad dressing, italian
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Remove and rinse well under cold water until pasta is cool.
- Combine pasta, artichoke hearts, carrots, olives and feta cheese in large bowl.
- Add salad dressing; toss lightly.
- Season to taste with pepper.
