Ingredients

  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 12 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 1 (200 g) package flaked coconut
  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (350 g) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 cup creamy peanut butter

Method

  • Combine crumbs and melted butter; press parchment paper lined 13x9 baking pan.
  • Top evenly with coconut, then sweetened condensed milk.
  • Bake in preheated 350F oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter.
  • Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
  • Cool 30 minutes; chill.
  • Cut into bars.
