Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 12 lb canned tuna, good quality, drained and separated into large flakes
  • 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 14 cup red onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • white wine vinegar, to taste
  • 12 fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
  • 1 (5 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut
  • 12 black olives, mediterranean style

Method

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Toss and serve.
