Ingredients
- 2/3 c. rice, cooked
- 1 lb. ham, sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook rice; lightly pan fry slice of ham.
- Place ham on oven-proof platter or pan; pile rice on top of ham; spread grated yellow cheese on top of rice; place in hot broiler 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Each slice serves 2 to 3.
