Ingredients
- 10 c. fresh tomatoes
- 2 c. celery
- 2 c. onions
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 tsp. beef bouillon
Method
- Simmer first 4 ingredients for 20 minutes.
- Melt butter; add flour, sugar and beef bouillon.
- Cook and mix with the tomato, celery, onions and bay leaves.
