Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (chuck or round)
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. "Spatteni" seasoning mix
- 1 jar Ragu (any style)
Method
- Mix all ingredients and form into balls.
- Heat Ragu just to boiling; add meatballs.
- Lower heat and stir gently.
- Let cook about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Meatballs can be cooked on simmer for several hours.
