Ingredients
- 7 c. unpeeled thin sliced cucumbers
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed (whole)
Method
- Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed to a boil.
- Cool, then pour over the pickles and onions.
- Stir well and put into container with lid on it at all times and keep it in the refrigerator until all are used.
