Ingredients
- 3 cups baking mix Bisquick
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes with juice
Method
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Spray two loaf pans with no-stick spray.
- Stir together baking mix, cheese and salt in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
- Add eggs, milk and tomatoes to well.
- Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Divide batter evenly between loaf pans.
- Bake 350* for 45 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 5 minutes.
- Remove from pans and serve warm.
