Ingredients
- 6 medium tomatoes, peeled
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar black caviar
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- lettuce
Method
- Hollow out tomatoes slightly, at stem end, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Drain.
- Chill in freezer for 1 hour.
- Blend caviar with mayonnaise.
- Serve tomatoes on lettuce; top tomatoes with caviar-mayonnaise mixture.
- Makes 6 servings.
