Ingredients
- 2 gal. chopped tomatoes
- 3 red peppers
- 6 large onions
- 6 green peach leaves
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spice
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Method
- Cook first 4 ingredients and strain.
- Add next 4 ingredients. Cook and strain.
- Then add last 2 ingredients. Bottle and seal while hot.
