Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 1/2 c. plain flour
Method
- Melt 1/2 cup butter and add milk.
- Warm to 105° to 115°.
- Stir in sugar, salt and yeast until dissolved.
- Place flour in large bowl.
- Make well in flour and pour in liquid.
- Stir until blended. Cover.
- Let rise until doubled, 1 hour or longer.
