Ingredients
- 2 tbsp finely chopped sweet onion
- 1 chopped avocado
- 1 pints cut in forths cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 clove mined garlic
- 1 lime juice to taste
- 1 kosher salt to taste
Method
- After chopping add to bowl
- Chill serve as a side or even a dip
- Lime juice, onion are optional make sure onion is very mild so doesn't over power.
