Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (2 envelopes) unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. cold tomato juice
- 3 c. hot tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of pepper
Method
- Soften gelatin in cold tomato juice.
- Pour into hot tomato juice and dissolve.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 5-cup ring mold and chill until firm.
- Unmold onto chilled serving plate and trim with lettuce.
