Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 3 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 cans large shrimp
Method
- Bring to boil vinegar and tomato juice.
- Add jello and stir until dissolved.
- Cool and add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into mold or clear flat glass dish.
- Chill until set.
