Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- any vegetable can be added
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Stir in stewed tomatoes, macaroni, dressing and desired vegetable.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake at 350° to 400° until cheese bubbles for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
