Ingredients
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 400g firm tofu, sliced
- Vegetable oil
- 4 slices flat bread
- 1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 100g snow pea sprouts
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
Method
Preheat a barbecue or grill to high.
Mix mayonnaise and wasabi together.
Drizzle tofu with a little oil and grill to heat through.
Lay bread out and spread with mayonnaise. Layer carrot, cucumber, tofu, avocado, sprouts and top with ginger before wrapping up the flat bread and finishing on the barbecue for one minute each side before serving.
