Ingredients
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. white flour
- dash of salt
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- In another bowl, beat eggs until light.
- Fold in cream.
- Fold in the flour, salt and sugar, then the hot melted butter.
- Heat the waffle iron and brush with shortening.
- Pour in batter.
- Cook until golden brown.
