- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic shopped
- 1 Lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Balsalmic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 can Anchovy
Method
- Make Crutons and put on baking sheet, seasoned with oil, salt, pepper,red pepper flakes and Italian seasons bake at 350 until done.
- Squeeze the lemon over the lettuce and let sit.
- Add the chopped garlic to the olive oil and let sit for at least an hour.
- At the last minute add the other ingredients and lay the anchovies on top of the salad.
