Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic shopped
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Balsalmic Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 can Anchovy

Method

  • Make Crutons and put on baking sheet, seasoned with oil, salt, pepper,red pepper flakes and Italian seasons bake at 350 until done.
  • Squeeze the lemon over the lettuce and let sit.
  • Add the chopped garlic to the olive oil and let sit for at least an hour.
  • At the last minute add the other ingredients and lay the anchovies on top of the salad.
