Ingredients
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- chopped onion
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp. comino and garlic
- 3 c. water
- chopped green pepper
Method
- Fry rice in a little oil until brown.
- Add all other ingredients to rice.
- Cover; simmer until rice is done.
