Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 c. cold milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a bowl, combine butter, flour, pecans, coconut and sugar; mix well.
- Spread onto an ungreased 15 x 10 x 2-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally; cool.
