- 4 tilapia fillets
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
Method
- Prepare salsa by mixing all ingredients together.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drizzle tilapia with oil and Bake tilapia on a foil-lined pan until opaque, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cut tilapia into bite-size pieces and fill tortillas.
- Top with salsa and lettuce.
